Berggruen Gümüşlük
Our second project, houses in the village of Gümüşlük in Bodrum designed by Thomas Sandell, Gert Wingårdh, Jarmung&Vigsnæs.
Berggruen

Turkey's vast Mediterranean and Aegean coasts offer everything from warm beaches, excellent sailing and the best in Mediterranean cuisine. Beggruen offers its users insight in the lifestyles that we feel are important in our values and real estate projects.
Mediterranean food
The Mediterranean table is one of the healthiest in the world. Relying on fresh seafood, vegetables and fruits, the diet is both rich and nourishing. Turkey's interpretation of Mediterranean cuisine lends itself to all tastes and particularities.
Bodrum is home to a range of vegetables and fruits that make cooking and eating a unique experience. The restaurants at Gümüşluk feature some of the best seafood and local cooking in a relaxed setting. Fast-food options like doner kebab (sliced meat with salad in bread) or gozleme (a type of crepe filled with feta and/or spinach) are perfect for days at the beach. Leisurely sea-side meals are best with freshly caught fish and a mix of mezes (a variety of salads or appetizers including calamari, tomato-cucumber salad, red-pepper salad or cacik (jah-jik), cold yogurt mixed with cucumbers, mint and dill).
The Bodrum lifestyle is simple, yet refined. This salad highlights Bodrum's specialties: fresh ingredients and elegant simplicity.
