• Interior walls : Brick
• Terraces : Thermal and water insulated
• Windows : Pvc or aluminium
• Glazing :Thermal insulated double glass.
• Entrance door : Painted/laquered wood
• Interior Doors : Painted/laquered wood

Floors

• Livingroom and kitchen : Granite ceramic tiles, travertine or natural marble.
• Bedrooms : Granite ceramic tiles, travertine or natural marble.
• Bathrooms : Ceramic or granite ceramic tiles or natural marble
• Terraces : Ceramic tiles or natural stone.

Wall Finishings

• Exterior walls : Externail paint on plaster.
• Interior walls : Paint over plaster.
• Kitchen : Ceramic tiles or marble.
• Bathrooms : Ceramic or mosaic tiles.

Kitchen cabinets

• Cabinet doors: Pvc laminated or laquered Mdf panels.
• Counters : Natural Marble or Pvc laminated Mdf panels.

Bathrooms

• Sinks : Vitra (or equivalent)
• Shower floors : Same material as in bathroom floors.
• Fittings : Artema (or equivalent)
• Piping : PVC and/or Polypropilen

Electrical Appliances

• Kitchen : Refrigirator, Dishwasher, Aspirator, Range w/oven.
• Bathroom : Washing machine.
• Air conditioning units : In the livingroom and in each bedroom, with heating capacity.

External Common Areas

• All common areas, roads and walkways will be illuminated.
• Fresh water supply system and electrical infrastructural system will be completed before delivery.
• Wastewater system will be connected to the biological treatment system and will be recycled to be used in the gardens.
• 3 common swimming pools.

Mechanical Specifications

• Hot water supply in each house will be provided by an electric water heater.

Electrical Specifications

• The settlement will be provided with a general generator serving all units.
• Each unit will be provided with an independent tel line.
• Electrical outlets and switches will be Legrand (or equivalent)
• Lighting fixtures and their installment will be provided by the owners.
